Core Conditions

Shopping and site use.

The sections below explain the practical conditions that apply when you browse our store, place an order, purchase cycling equipment, or interact with Ridevia online.

02

Using the Store

You may use the Ridevia website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through the website is accurate and sufficiently complete for us to process your requests.

If you are below the age at which you can independently enter into a binding contract where you live, you should use the store only with the involvement and authorization of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult.

We may refuse, restrict, or discontinue access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the store, our customers, our systems, or other parties from fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or material violations of these terms.

03

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items listed in your checkout subject to these terms. Receipt of an automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information appears materially inaccurate, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is otherwise not reasonably possible.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable payment amount will be returned through the appropriate payment method or otherwise handled as required by applicable law.

04

Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, photographs, dimensions, colors, and other product details as clearly as practical. Screen settings, photography, production revisions, packaging updates, and other factors may cause reasonable visual or descriptive differences.

Before purchasing, you should review the available specifications and determine whether the product is appropriate for your bicycle, intended use, installation method, environment, and personal requirements.

Product availability can change without notice. We may revise product information, correct errors, update specifications, or discontinue an item when appropriate.

05

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated during shopping or checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other order-specific amounts may be calculated and displayed during checkout where relevant.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the processing of charges associated with your approved order.

Payment processing may involve independent payment service providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, verification procedures, security controls, or payment requirements.

06

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for planning purposes and may depend on product availability, destination, carrier operations, weather, transportation networks, address accuracy, seasonal demand, and other circumstances affecting delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Where a carrier provides tracking information, delivery progress may be available through the carrier’s tracking system.

If a shipment is materially delayed, lost, damaged, or otherwise affected in transit, the available resolution will depend on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

07

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged-item claims, and cancellation requests are handled according to the return and refund conditions made available by Ridevia and any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Returned items may need to satisfy stated eligibility conditions, such as return timing, product condition, included components, packaging, proof of purchase, or authorization requirements.

Refund timing may vary depending on inspection, payment processing, banking networks, and the original payment method. Any statutory refund rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

Product Responsibility

Safety comes before speed.

Cycling products can affect visibility, protection, security, carrying capacity, bicycle handling, or other aspects of a ride. Product selection and installation should be appropriate for the bicycle and intended use.

Fit: Confirm relevant sizing, mounting, and compatibility requirements.
Installation: Follow applicable product instructions and use qualified assistance when appropriate.
Inspection: Check equipment condition, attachment points, batteries, fasteners, and wear before use where relevant.
Local rules: Use products in a manner consistent with traffic, equipment, and safety requirements that apply where you ride.
Commerce Standards

How product transactions work.

These additional conditions help define how product listings, promotions, third-party services, and purchase-related communications are handled.

08 / Promotions

Discounts & Offers

Promotions may have eligibility rules, time limits, product exclusions, quantity restrictions, or other conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined when the checkout system does not support combination.

09 / Availability

Inventory Changes

Products may become unavailable before or after an order is submitted. If an item cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected item or order and provide the appropriate payment adjustment.

10 / Verification

Order Security

We may use reasonable verification measures before processing an order. An order may be delayed, declined, or canceled when information cannot be verified or activity indicates a meaningful risk of unauthorized use or fraud.

11 / Services

Third-Party Providers

Parts of the shopping experience may involve payment processors, carriers, technology providers, analytics services, or other independent providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

12 / Communication

Order Messages

By placing an order, you authorize transaction-related communications reasonably necessary to process, confirm, update, deliver, or resolve that order using the information you provide.

13 / Accuracy

Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate specifications, technical errors, pricing mistakes, availability information, or other unintended errors when discovered, subject to applicable consumer rights.
